Judith E. Payne began practicing law in 1997, and has focused her practice in family law since 1998. Judith serves clients in the Twin Cities metro area as well as counties in southern and central Minnesota.

She is a proficient litigator representing clients in divorce, paternity, custody, child support, and criminal proceedings. She strives towards efficient and cost effective case resolutions, whether drafting settlement agreements in family law or negotiating plea agreements in criminal cases. For cases that cannot be resolved through agreement, Judith applies her knowledge and experience as an advocate to find resolution in the courtroom.
